7th conference – The future of family business organized by the best Croatian business weekly magazine Lider, was held in Zagreb on February 18th, 2016 with more than 150 attendees. The topic of this year’s conference was – Transfer the business to the successors or sell it? The main objectives of the conference were: to awake and promote the positive role of family businesses, provide answers to the issues faced by owners and offer help to family businesses in addressing issues related to the specifics of the ownership structure and management roles.
