On 30th November 2016 Jadranski pomorski servis (JPS) got strategic partners, the leading Italian shipping companies SCAFI and Rimorchiatori Laziali. Caper, Oaklins member firm in Croatia, was the exclusive financial advisor to JPS and its owner, Mr. Ante Maras, who after the Closing of the transaction, said:
